Dr. Varsha is associated with Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), India. Prior to joining DRDO, she worked as a Project Research Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, contributing to cutting-edge research projects in metamaterials based optical and photonic systems. She earned her Ph.D. in Fiber Lasers from Lakehead University, Canada, where her research focused on the development and characterization of fiber pulsed laser systems in NIR and mid IR regions and their applications in modern photonics. Her academic and research journey has been driven by a strong interest in advancing laser science and optical technologies for both fundamental and applied research. Dr. Varsha's expertise encompasses fiber lasers, ultrafast photonics, nonlinear fiber optics, gas sensing, and laser based technologies. Over the course of her career, she has actively contributed to scientific research through publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national and international conferences. Her work reflects a commitment to bridging theoretical understanding with practical technological innovation.

Dr. Konstantin Zsukovszkij, Principal Researcher at WIGNER Research Center for Physics, Budapest, Hungary, specializes in nanophotonics, undulator radiation and free electron lasers, and applied mathematical analysis. He earned his Ph.D. in 1997 and Doctor Habilitatus in 2011. As a Research Fellow at ENEA, Rome (1998–2010), he contributed to undulator radiation theory. As Full Professor (2018–2023), he developed models for stimulated undulator radiation, free electron lasers, heat transfer on nanoscale and matter-radiation interaction for nanoantenna-assisted laser fusion. He has published more than 100 papers and received Highly Cited Paper Awards (WoS, 2016–2023).
